特徴

• MaxLight™405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (400nm); Emission (423nm); Extinction Coefficient 32,000.
• The chemokine MCP-1 is expressed by a range of cells including monocytes, vascular endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells, glomerular mesangial cells and osteoblasts.
• MCP-1, also known as CCL2 and JE, is thought to play an important role in the inflammatory response of blood monocytes and tissue macrophages.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Neutralization.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:FLISA: 0.5ug/mlWestern Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/mlNeutralization: 4-6ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
