84-3406-07 [取扱停止]Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-1 alpha (MIP-1a) (MaxLight 405) 100ul M1202-02C-ML405
特徴
MaxLight™405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Absorbance (400nm); Emission (423nm); Extinction Coefficient 32,000.
MIP-1 alpha is also known as CCL3.
MIP-1 alpha has a molecular weight of approximately 7.8kD and is produced by activated macrophages.
MIP-1 alpha has been shown to be involved in the inflammatory response of blood monocytes and tissue macrophages.
