MaxLight™405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Interleukin-4 is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor, which stimulates the growth and survival of certain B cells and T cells.
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA (direct), Western Blot and Neutralization.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 0.5ug/mlWestern Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/mlNeutralization: 0.25-0.40ug/ml to yield one half maximal inhibition (ND50) of mouse IL-4Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.

Caution: MaxLight™405 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
