特徴

• MaxLight™405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (400nm); Emission (423nm); Extinction Coefficient 32,000.
• Interleukin-12 is produced by activated B lymphocytes and macrophages.
• The properties of IL-12 include the stimulation of growth of activated T lymphocytes and the development of TH1 CD4 positive cells and CD8 positive cytotoxic T cells.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA (direct), Western Blot and Neutralization.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 0.5ug/ml
• Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml
• Neutralization: 0.012-0.20ug/ml to yield one half maximal inhibition (ND50) of mouse IL-12.
• Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
• Recommended Secondary Reagents:Donkey anti-sheep IgG, H&L (HRP): I1904-63Donkey anti-goat IgG, H&L (HRP): I1904-28C
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™405 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
