• MaxLight™405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.

• In mammalian cells, Autophagy-related protein 7 is essential for autophagy conjugation systems, autophagosome formation, starvation-induced bulk degradation of proteins and organelles.
• Studies indicate that caspase-8 may alter ATG7 levels and thus the ATG7 program of autophagic cell death.
• ATG7 is evolutionally conserved and exhibits high homology within mammalian species.
• It expressed in wide range of tissues including kidney, liver, bone marrow and lymph nodes.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry.

• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
