特徴

• MaxLight™405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (400nm); Emission (423nm); Extinction Coefficient 32,000.
• TMS1, also known as apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a CARD (ASC).
• It was first identified as a cytosolic soluble protein that forms insoluble aggregates and promotes caspase-mediated apoptosis.
• The proapoptotic activity is mediated predominantly though the activation of caspase 9.
• It may also be a component of the inflammasome, where it associates with caspase 1, CARD8 and NALP2 to activate proinflammatory caspases.
• TMS1 is widely expressed in human tissue
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1ug/ml ~25kD in HL60 cell lysates
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™405 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
