MaxLight™405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
ADAM-17, which is also known as CD156b, is expressed in a wide range of cells in culture.
Its biological role is to convert the transmembrane trimeric form of TNF alpha to the soluble form.
CD156 is also reported to process a number of other proteins, including L-selectin and TNF p75 receptor.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
