特徴
- Interleukin-7 (IL-7), is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor which affects Pre-B, Pro-B and early T cells.
- It will also affect mature T cells in combination with other factors such as IL-2.
- Human IL-7 is a 17.4kD protein containing 153aa residues.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Functional Assays.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 0.5ug/mlWestern Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/mlFunctional Assays: 0.05-0.08ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C for short-term only.
- Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O.
- Aliquot and store at -20°C.
- Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
