Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA (direct), Western Blot and Neutralization.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 0.5ug/ml
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml
Neutralization: 0.012-0.20ug/ml to yield one half maximal inhibition (ND50) of mouse IL-12.
Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
