特徴

• SHP2 is a 68kD member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase family.
• SHP2 acts downstream of growth factor receptors and cytoplasmic protein tyrosine kinases which transduce signals from cell surface to the nucleus.
• The recruitment and activation of SHP2 is mediated through the binding of CD172a to its ligand CD47.
• SHP2 regulates a variety of cellular processes.
• These include transcription, embryonic development, cell growth, cell migration, differentiation, mitotic cycle, haematopoiesis and oncogenic transformation.
• As a result, dysregulation of the SHP2 gene has been linked to LEOPARD, Noonan and Noonan-like syndrome as well as acute myeloid leukaemia.
• SHP2 is ubiquitously expressed, with highest levels found in heart, brain, and skeletal muscle.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
