Interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 3 (IRAK3), a member of the IRAK/Pelle family.
IRAKs associate with the IL1/Toll receptors after IL-1 or LPS stimulation, thereby playing an important role in the inflammatory response.
IRAK3 inhibits the dissociation of IRAK1 and IRAK4 from the Toll-like receptor signalling complex by either inhibiting the phosphorylation of IRAK1 and IRAK4 or stabilising the receptor complex.
It is predominantly expressed in peripheral blood lymphocytes.
Defects in the IRAK3 gene are associated with susceptibility to asthma-related traits type 5.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.

Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 2ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
