• The chemokine MCP-1 is expressed by a range of cells including monocytes, vascular endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells, glomerular mesangial cells and osteoblasts.
• MCP-1, also known as CCL2 and JE, is thought to play an important role in the inflammatory response of blood monocytes and tissue macrophages.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: 0.5ug/mlWestern Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/mlNeutralization: 4-6ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
