FGF-9 is a heparin binding growth factor that belongs to the FGF family.
Proteins of this family play a central role during prenatal development and postnatal growth and regeneration of a variety of tissues, by promoting cellular proliferation and differentiation.
FGF-9 targets glial cells, astrocytes cells and other cells that express the FGFR 1c, 2c, 3b, 3c and 4.
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, and Neutralization.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions: Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
