特徴

• CD193, otherwise known as CC chemokine receptor 3 (CCR3), a seven-helix transmembrane G-protein coupled receptor which, along with CCR5 and CXCR4, acts as a principal receptor for the fusion and entry of HIV into target cells.
• CD193 is expressed by eosinophils, basophils, mast cells, microglia, Th2 helper cells and some epithelial cells.
• CD193 acts as a receptor for several CC chemokines including monocyte chemoattractant proteins (MCP) -1, -2, -3 and -4, MIP-1a, MIP-1 beta, and RANTES.
• The eotaxin subgroup of CC chemokines act as specific agonists for CD193, and this interaction has become a focus area for studies into the infection of microglia by HIV (2) and also allergy research (3).
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (paraffin) and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 10ug/mlWestern Blot: 1ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Positive Control: human spleen
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
