84-3393-62 ASC (TMS1, Target of Methylation-induced Silencing) (CT) (FITC) 100ul A3598-05H-FITC
特徴
- TMS1, also known as apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a CARD (ASC).
- It was first identified as a cytosolic soluble protein that forms insoluble aggregates and promotes caspase-mediated apoptosis.
- The proapoptotic activity is mediated predominantly though the activation of caspase 9.
- It may also be a component of the inflammasome, where it associates with caspase 1, CARD8 and NALP2 to activate proinflammatory caspases.
- TMS1 is widely expressed in human tissue
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1ug/ml ~25kD in HL60 cell lysates
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
- For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
