- Murine interferon gamma (IFN gamma) is a regulatory cytokine, which is produced by activated natural killer cells and a population of T-lymphocytes.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: 0.5-2ug/mlWestern Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/mlNeutralization: 4-6ng/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
- Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
