The CIKS molecule (for connection to IKK and SAPK/JNK)is also known as Act 1.
CIKS has been shown to interact directly with the regulatory subunit of I Kappa Kinase (IKK), resulting in the activation of NF kB.
CIKS/Act 1 is ubiquitously expressed in human tissues.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
