特徴

• CD154 is expressed predominantly on activated CD4+ T lymphocytes, and acts as a costimulatory molecule in B cell differentiation/proliferation, immunoglobulin switching and germinal centre formation, through interaction with the CD40 receptor on B cells, and cytokines secreted by activated T cells.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (paraffin), and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 2.5-5.0ug/mlELISA (indirect); 0.5-2.0ug/ml.
• Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/mlRequires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile buffer or ddH2O.
• Aliquot and store at -20°C.
• Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
