CD289 is expressed preferentially by the spleen, lymph node, bone marrow and peripheral blood leukocytes and recognises viral DNA and unmethylated CpG sequences in bacterial DNA.
Unlike other TLRs, TLR9 is dependent upon the adaptor molecule MyD88 for signaling activation.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
