TLRs recognize pathogen associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) that are expressed on infectious agents, and serve as an important link between the innate and adaptive immune response through the production of cytokines.
TLR1 is co-expressed with TLR2 on monocytes and dendritic cells where they form heterodimers that can recognize peptidoglycan and bacterial lipopeptides, and in particular triacylated lipoproteins.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 10ug/mlWestern Blot: 1-4ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive Control: Mouse speen tissue
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C.
