特徴

• I-TAC is a member of the CXC chemokine family, which signals through binding to CD183 (CXCR3), and is regulated by interferon gamma and beta.
• I-TAC is highly expressed by peripheral blood leucocytes, the pancreas and liver, and acts as a potent chemoattractant for IL-2 activated T cells, as well as a natural antagonist for CD195 (CCR5).
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Functional Assays.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 0.5-2ug/mlWestern Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/mlImmunohistochemistry: Paraffin.
• Antigen retrival using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections is required
• Functional Assays: 7-8ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
