特徴
Mouse granulocyte colony stimulating factor, also known as G-CSF, stimulates the proliferation and differentiation of granulocyte progenitors in the bone marrow.
Applications:Suitiable for use in ELISA, Functional Assays and Western Blot.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: 0.5ug/mlFunctional Assay: 0.005-0.010ug/ml.
Do not add sodium azide
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/mlOptimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
