• CD268 is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor family, which is expressed by B cells.
• CD268 plays a role in BAFF induced B cell development and survival, and is thought to be involved in B cell autoimmune diseases
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 2-5ug/ml.
• Detects a band of ~20kD in human, mouse and rat spleen lysates
• Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. 
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
