ATG4A (Autophagy-related protein 4 homolog A), otherwise known as APG4A/Cysteine protease ATG4A, a cytosolic cysteine protease and member of the peptidase C54 family, predominantly expressed in skeletal muscle and brain, which plays a central role in the cleavage of the C-Terminal region of the target proteins GABARAPL2, MAP1LC3 or GABARAP during autophagy.
AHP2220 has been shown to be suitable for use in immunoprecipitation using HEK-293T cell lysates.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunoprecipitation: 5-10ugOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
