• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• Katanin-like 1 (KL1) is a mitotic regulator that is very closely related to katanin.
• KL1 is thought to be involved in microtubule severing because increased expression of KL1 leads to total disassembly of microtubules.
• KL1 is seen to localize to the spindle poles during mitosis, not to the centrosome.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Positive Control:HeLa cell lysate
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
