MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
PP-2 C alpha/beta is heterodimer located in the mitochondrial matrix.
Within the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex, PP-2 C alpha/beta serves to catalyze the dephosphorylation and concomitant reactivation of the E1 component’s alpha subunit.
Mutations occurring in the PDP1 gene are the cause of a disease known as pyruvate dehydrogenase deficiency (PDP deficiency), which leads to neurological dysfunction from lactic acidosis.
