特徴
MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
PHLPP1 is the protein phosphatase responsible for dephosphorylation of the Akt (Ser473) site.
Akt (Ser473) is the TORC2 (mTOR) phosphorylation activation site.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive Control:Human brain tissue lysate
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
