MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Estrogen-related receptor alpha is a nuclear receptor protein related to the Estrogen receptor.
It is reported to interact with estrogen and similar steroids and functions as a transcriptional activator.
In mouse, ERR alpha is expressed in many adult and embryonic tissues (particularly at the onset of ossification) as well as in several osteoblast cell lines.
ERR alpha expression has been documented in mouse in brain, spinal cord, pituitary gland, heart, intestine, bone, brown adipose tissue, heart, uterus, cervix, nerve, skeletal muscle, and vagina.
ESTs have been isolated from human tissue libraries, including cancerous blood, brain, breast, cervix, colon, duodenum, eye, head/neck, kidney, liver, lung, ovary, pancreas, skeletal muscle, skin, stomach, and uterus, and normal adrenal, blood, brain, colon, embryo, eye, head/neck, heart, kidney, prostate, skeletal muscle, testis, and uterus.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Electrophoretic Mobility Shift Assay.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.5-2.0ug/ml evaluated in RIPA lysates from HeLa nuclear extracts
Immunohistochemistry: Reported to detect ERR alpha in mouse embryo, mouse liver, and hampster liver and heart sections
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Load 20ug of reduced lysate per lane for Western Blot.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
