MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: A 1:500-1:2000 dilution of this lot detected Akt3/PKBg in HEK293 cell lysates
Immunoprecipitation: 5ul immunoprecipitated active Akt3/PKBg from 15nM IGF-I stimulated HEK293 cell lysates.
The kinase activity of immunoprecipitated Akt3/PKBg was determined using Akt/SGK Specific Substrate Peptide Active kinase was detected by comparing the incorporation of [32P] into Akt/SGK Substrate Peptide as catalyzed by immunoprecipitates from IGF-I stimulated (15nM) HEK293 cell lysates (1mg)
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
