特徴

• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• The NMDA receptor (NMDAR) is an ionotropic receptor for glutamate (NMDA (N-methyl D-aspartate) is a name of its selective specific agonist).
• Activation of NMDA receptors results in the opening of an ion channel that is nonselective to cations.
• This allows flow of Na+ and small amounts of Ca2+ ions into the cell and K+ out of the cell.
• Calcium flux through NMDARs is thought to play a critical role in synaptic plasticity, a cellular mechanism for learning and memory.
• The NMDA receptor is distinct in that it is both ligand-gated and voltage-dependent.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml detects NR2A (~170kD) in rat brain microsomal preparations.
• Rat brain microsomal preparation was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with N5380-25.
• Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) goat anti-rabbit and a chemiluminescence detection system
• Immunoprecipitation: 4ug immunoprecipitates NR2A from rat brain hippocampus membranes and rat brain microsomal preparations
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
