84-3382-45 Myosin XIX (Myo19, Myosin Head Domain-containing Protein 1, MYOHD1) (MaxLight 650) 100ul 029548-ML650
特徴
MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.
Myosin XIX is the founding member of a novel class of myosin that associates with mitochondria.
Both endogenous Myo19 and GFP-Myo19 exihibit localization to mitochondria.
Myosins are actin-based motor molecules with ATPase activity.
Myo19 is involved in actin-based mitochondrial motility.
Myo19mRNA is expressed in multiple tissues, and antibodies to human Myo19 detect an approximately 109kD band in multiple cell lines.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: paraffin Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive Control:Human cardiac muscle tissue
