MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
LYAR, also known as Ly1 antibody reactive clone, has been found to regulate the intracellular strength that is stimulated by both T and B cell antigen receptors.
It is essential for immune tolerance and certain changes to its function could stimulate the development of autoreactivity.
LYAR is important in the immunological synapse and functions to inhibit the T cell response.
LYAR is highly expressed in indifferentiated embryonic stem cells and may be important in maintaining the stem cell identity.
