MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Raptor is a subunit of mTORC1 which regulates cell growth and survival in response to nutrient and hormonal signals.
mTORC1 is activated in response to growth factors or amino-acids.
Within mTORC1, Raptor positively regulates mTORC1 activity and functions as a scaffold for recruiting mTORC1 substrates.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Dot Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Dot Blot: detected Raptor in modified and non-modified peptides of phosphorylated and non-phosphorlyated Raptor protein
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive Control:Modified and non modified peptides of phosphorylated and non-phosphorlyated Raptor protein.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
