• MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000.
• Phosphodiesterase 4D3 (PDE4D3) is a member of the PDE cyclic nucleotides.
• PDE4D3 is known to be regulated by protein kinase C (PKC)-Raf-MEK-ERK and also by cAMP in vascular smooth muscle cells.
• PDE4D3 is a direct target of the MSH/cAMP/MITF pathway and may play a role in melanocyte differentiation.
• PDE4D3 is essential to have equilibrium in relaxing and contracting cues to airway smooth muscle.
• Down-regulation of PDE4D3 may be associated with analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
• PDE4D3 has also been linked to the risk of stroke, and in particular to polygenic stroke.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
