• A-kinase anchoring protein 79 (AKAP 79) is a scaffolding protein that resides predominantly in excitatory neuronal synapses.
• AKAP 79 interacts with membrane-associated guanylate kinase (MAGUK) to be used by glutamate receptors.
• AKAP 79 may also be involved with SAP97 and other large signaling complexes.
• AKAP 79 is essential for forskolin-induced up-regulation of L-current.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
