特徴

• MaxLight™405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (400nm); Emission (423nm); Extinction Coefficient 32,000.
• Wnt/Wingless signaling controls many fundamental processeses, such as cellular growth and fate, and is known to be involved in embryonic segmentation, limb development and CNS patterning.
• Wnt signaling is also shown to influence postembryonic regulation of stem cell numbers and stem cell differentiation in epithelia, such as those of the colon and skin
• Wnt transduction is mediated by the association of Beta-Catenin with nuclear TCF DNA binding factors, including legless (lgs) and pygopus (pygo).
• Whereas lgs enclodes BCL9, pygo encodes a Pygopus (Pygo), a PHD finger protein.
• It is reported that BCL9 acts as an adaptor protein that recruits and physically links Pygo to the Beta-Catenin-TCF Complex.
• It is demonstrated that the recruitment of Pygo is required for this respective complex to function as a transcriptional co-activator of specific target genes.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.

• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™405 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
