• Absorbance (400nm); Emission (423nm); Extinction Coefficient 32,000.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunoblot Analysis: 0.5-2ug/ml of this lot detected 100ng of MAP Kinase 2/Erk2, active.
• 0.5-2ug/ml of a previous lot detected 500ng of GST.
• Representative blot from a previous lot.
• Cell lysate containing GST fusion protein was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitro-cellulose and probed with anti-GST (1ug/ml).
• Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemilumine-scence detection system.

• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%).
• Store at -20°C or colder.
• Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
