Tbr2 (a T-domain transcription factor) is a member of a conserved protein family that shares a common DNA-binding domain, the T-box.
T-box genes encode transcription factors involved in the regulation of developmental processes.
Trb2 has been shown to play a role in the development of the neocortex and functions in the differentiation pathway of radial glia to postmitotic projection neurons.

Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 0.05ug/ml detected Tbr2 in 10ug of E13-14 mouse brain lysates
Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:1000 detected Tbr2 in mouse and human brain.
Requires HIER with citrate buffer pH 6.0Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive Control:E13-14 mouse brain lysate
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
