特徴

• The Wnt family consists of ligands involved in cell fate determination, organogenesis, and oncogenesis.
• The Wnt signal is thought to be transduced sequentially via a homolog of the frizzled family of receptors to GSK-3 (disheveled), beta- and gamma- catenin and finally to members of the Tcf/Lef-1 family of HMG box transcription factors.
• Frizzled 5 is believed to function as the receptor for the Wnt5a ligand.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:1000.
• Lysates from mouse liver, C2C12, Jurkat and HUVEC cells were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF and probed with F9900
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
