Elastin is an important polymeric protein of connective tissue that imparts elasticity to vertebrate elastic tissues.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, RIA, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Immunofluorescence: Frozen human skin and liver tissues.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive control:Human skin or liver
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
