• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunocytochemistry: 10ug/ml shows positive immunostaining for Fak in Ref 52 cells fixed with 3.7% formaldehyde
• Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml detects FAK in RIPA lysates from murine 3T3 and previously in human A431 RIPA cell lysate.
• 3T3 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with F0019-56 (1ug/ml).
• Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) goat anti-rabbit and a chemiluminescence detection system.
• Immunoprecipitation: 4ug immunoprecipitates FAK from 500ug of murine 3T3 RIPA lysate.
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

• Positive Antigen Control: F42093T3 cell lysate; use 20mg per lane for minigels.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
