特徴

• Patched 1 is a receptor for sonic hedgehog, a member of the hedgehog family of cell signaling proteins.
• Hedgehog signaling is regulated by Protein patched homolog 1 which keeps the pathway turned off in the absences of activation.
• This inhibits the function of associated downstream network components such as Smoothened (Smo).
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 0.1ug/ml detected Patched 1 on 10ug of human skeletal muscle, fetal tissue lysate
• Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:300 detected Patched 1 in kidney tissue.
• Heat induced epitope retrieval with citrate buffer, pH 6.0 is recommended
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Recommended Secondary Antibodies:I1904-39: IgG, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab Gt xRbI1904-40A: IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab Gt xRbI1904-46Q: IgG, H&L (HRP) Pab Gt xRb
• Positive Control:Human skeletal muscle, fetal tissue lysate.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
