• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
• Detected monomethylated Histone H3 in acid extracted proteins from HeLa cells, but did not detect unmethylated recombinant Histone H3.
• Recombinant Histone H3 and acid extracts from HeLa cells were resolved by electrophoresis.
• transferred to nitrocellulose amd probed with H5110-11G (0.2mg/ml).
• Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
