- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blotting, Immunoprecipitation, EMSA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ul.
- 3T3 cell lysate probed with anti-STAT2 (0.5ug/ul)
- Immunocytochemistry: Positive immunostaining reported on fresh cells fixed with 3.7% formaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.2% Triton1
- EMSA: Supershift STAT2 containing complexesOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Positive Antigen Control: 3T3 lysate.
- Add 2.5ul of 2-mercaptoethanol/100ul of lysate and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation.
- Load 20ug of reduced lysate per lane for minigels.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
