Recommended Dilutions:*Dot and Slot blot: 1:100-1:500 ELISA: 1:1000-1:4000 *Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:10-1:40 Immunocytochemistry: 1:10-1:20 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
*Note: Harsh chemicals or procedures involving heat may denature collagen epitopes.
We recommend avoiding such actions when using this antibody.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
