Cofilin 2 is a small actin-binding protein that plays a pivotal role in cytokinesis, endocytosis, embryonic development, stress response and tissue regeneration.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 0.5-2.0ug/ml detects Cofilin 2 in RIPA lysates from rat L6 cell lysates.
Rat L6 lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with C7506-50 (1ug/ml).
Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) goat anti-rabbit and a chemiluminescence detection system
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
