MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Two highly related, but distinct STAT5 genes (STAT5a and STAT5b) were identified in mice.
The aa sequences of Stat5a and Stat5b show approximately 96% sequence similarity, and both proteins are co-expressed in most tissues of both virgin and lactating mice.
However, differential accumulation of STAT5a and STAT5b in mRNA has been reported for both muscle and mammary tissue.
STAT5 has been shown to be the essential mediator of prolactin induced milk protein gene activation.
This antibody detects Stat5 a/b.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
