• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• DNA polymerase specifically involved in DNA repair.
• Plays an important role in translesion synthesis, where the normal high-fidelity DNA polymerases cannot proceed and DNA synthesis stalls.
• Depending on the context, it inserts the correct base, but causes frequent base transitions, transversions and frameshifts.
• Lacks 3'-5' proofreading exonuclease activity.
• Forms a Schiff base with 5'-deoxyribose phosphate at abasic sites, but does not have lyase activity.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.

• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
