MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
OGG1, also known as 8-oxoguanine glycosylase, is a DNA glycosylase enzyme involved in base excision repair.
This protein is the primary enzyme responsible for the excision of 7,8-dihydro-8-oxoguanine (8-oxoG), a mutagenic base byproduct which occurs as a result of exposure to reactive oxygen species (ROS).
It has a beta lyase activity that nicks DNA 3' to the lesion.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
