MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
NgCAM related Cell Adhesion Molecule (NrCAM), also known as Bravo, belongs to the L1 family of transmembrane cell adhesion molecules.
NgCAM interacts homotypically as well as heterotypically with contactin, TAG-1/contactin-2, neurofascin, and receptor tyrosine phosphatase beta (RPTP beta).
NgCAM is involved in axon growth and guidance in sensory neruons and commissural axons of chick spinal cord.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
